Nous avons commandé 2 ramens à emporter un samedi soir.
Points positifs : Délai raisonnable pour obtenir les plats, & bonne quantité de nourriture dans une portion.
Points négatifs : bouillon non salé & sans goût, morceau de viande très épais (jamais vu ça, comme si ça avait oublié d'être tranché) & brûlé, oeuf mariné avec très peu de goût… juste un gros bol de nouilles.
Le coeur d'un ramen est supposé être le bouillon, ici on dirait un bouillon d'épicerie trop dilué. Tout ça pour un prix similaire à ce qu'un restaurant de ramens dans le guide Michelin offre à Montréal…
C'est bien d'amener de la diversité dans les restaurants au Saguenay, mais svp faites ça bon & à des prix raisonnables en lien avec la qualité offerte.
Je ne recommanderai pas à ce restaurant
