Pretty good café for tourism. The vibe is immaculate & comfortable. Definitely good for a couple quirky souvenirs, however they lack variety in their pastries. The service had nothing good nor bad, & the interior is small, but suitable for studying. Overall, not too bad!

I wish they had more seating, especially in winter since it would be perfect to stay warm, enjoy a hot coffee, & then keep walking. The coffee is okay, the service was slow but very friendly since there was only one guy handling everything, & the vibe of the place is magical.

Lors de ma dernière visite, dimache 22 mars 15h, je m'y suis rendue pour acheter un chandail coton ouaté à 105 $. Malheureusement, l'accueil que j'ai reçu a été très loin de mes expériences habituelles. J'ai été ignorée pendant un moment, puis lorsque j'ai finalement été adressée par une employée (Donya), le ton était brusque & peu respectueux. J'ai eu l'impression de déranger, comme si ma présence n'était pas la bienvenue.

Je comprends tout à fait que certaines journées puissent être plus difficiles, surtout

Heureusement, un autre employé (un jeune homme) est intervenu par la suite & a su offrir un service beaucoup plus agréable, ce qui a quelque peu rattrapé la situation.

Cela dit, cette expérience m'amène à dire que je serai désormais hésitante à entrer lorsque cette employée sera sur place. Je tenais à partager ce retour dans l'espoir qu'il soit pris de manière constructive, car j'apprécie sincèrement cet endroit & souhaiterais continuer à m'y sentir bien accueillie.

Avec votre retour, je n'ai assurément pas la même version que votre employé qui, n'avait pas le goût d'être là! Elle n'a pas été impolie simplement avec moi. Mais bon, je passerai maintenant à des moments où elle n'y sera pas! Bonne continuité!
