We enjoyed this restaurant on our most recent vacation to Quebec. We arrived just before the restaurant opened & were seated immediately in front of one of the windows, giving us a lovely view. The wait staff was friendly & attentive & the food was delicious! Vegetarian & vegan dishes were clearly marked, creatively designed, & well made.

Nine year olds review: I thought the food was great & since I love chocolate milk of course I had to get it! I ordered mac & cheese & I was in heaven when I tried it. The second time we came I got mac & cheese & a Shirley Temple for the first time & I loved it! This place is amazing & when I heard it had 4 stars I was very outraged & thought it should be 5 stars!!! Definitely come here because it is amazing! :)

Came for a late lunch & was able to get seated at the counter bar which is actually what we prefer. Lovely bar decor with a good selection of drinks.

The charcuterie board was tasty & well worth it. Portion is actually enough to share between 2-3 people. Was told all the ingredients on the board are sourced locally.

Well worth a visit especially if you can get a table on the balcony as the view is astounding.

What a fabulous lunch! First of all we had the best seat in the house with a river view. They were lovely about accommodating gluten free. Our lobster rolls were huge & delicious. Couldn't have been nicer.

Beautiful restaurant! Views were fantastic. We had windows seats. Food was delicious. Friendly staff. Definitely make reservations!

We started our stay with lunch here, & it was a great first impression. The restaurant is stunning & beautifully designed, with lovely waterfront views. The French onion soup is a must, & be sure to save room for dessert. There's a great variety of options for everyone, & the service was attentive & friendly throughout.

On vient de dîner au BISTRO LE SAM. L'agneau était absolument délicieux - cuit à la perfection & si savoureux. La vue du restaurant était aussi magnifique, ce qui a créé une ambiance incroyable.

Mais ce qui nous a le plus marqués, c'est le service exceptionnel. Notre serveur/serveuse a fait preuve d'une patience & d'une gentillesse remarquables pour s'adapter à la situation particulière de mon ami(e).

C'était bien au-delà de nos attentes, & nous vous en sommes profondément reconnaissants. Merci pour cette expérience mémorable.

We just had lunch at BISTRO LE SAM. The lamb was absolutely exquisite - cooked to perfection & incredibly flavourful. The scenic view from the restaurant was also breathtaking, providing a wonderful ambiance for our midday meal.

What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service. Our server demonstrated remarkable patience & kindness in accommodating my friend's special needs. It went above & beyond our expectations, & for that, we are deeply grateful. Thank you for a memorable experience.

Bistro Le Sam is a beautiful restaurant with fantastic views of the water. The staff made sure our experience was comfortable, elegant & worth the trip. The menu is mostly beef & seafood - burgers, steak, oysters, etc. They took care to provide recommendations & served us a perfect cheesecake for dessert.
