My wife & I visited 8/8/2024. Frederick & Chef Jacque were superb. The appetizers were amazing, seafood souflee & scallops. For dinner, I had the baked Cod, which was cooked to perfection. My wife had the lamb, which was delicious. We capped off dinner with a creme Brule. We really enjoyed the atmosphere of this cozy restaurant, & the personal interaction with the owner, Frederick, & his business partner, Chef Jacque. Highly recommended.

My partner & I were visiting from Ottawa & stopped here for a quick lunch & ended up spending over 2 hours here because the food was just incredible. We had the kindest, most inviting server, who was so extremely hospitable especially considering we embarassingly couldn't speak much French & he was so accommodating to us. I've never had salmon the way it was prepared here & the atmosphere of the restaurant was so cozy & warm, we really loved it. We are going to have to travel to Quebec again soon, just so we can eat here. The experience definitely ended our visit to Quebec on a high note. I'd highly recommend eating here!

C'est LA PLACE où manger poisson & fruits de mer. Nous avons découvert cet endroit il y a 3 ans & nous sommes vite devenus des habitués. Jacques & Frédéric forme un duo formidable. Réservation recommandée car très très souvent complet. L'essayer c'est l'adopter.
