My family & I had a great time at Parmesan!!! The atmosphere was very warm & inviting. It was quite busy when we arrived but the staff was attentive. A man playing an accordion serenaded & interacted with the patrons - it felt like we were eating amongst family. The spaghetti bolognese was incredible - the best I've ever had. We ordered a special coffee drink that the water made in front of us. I would highly recommend this restaurant!

Experience Italy at the heart of Old Quebec City with matching performance of an accordionist. Lovely place, & all the waiters, waitress, & server were very welcoming. Delicious food too!

This place is amazing! This is our first time in Quebec City & we really wanted a place that had great food, reasonable prices with a good atmosphere. This place has it all! We loved it so much that we came back the following day. Giuseppe plays the accordion at the door & takes requests. He's great. Our waiter yesterday, JC was attentive & professional. Today, our waiter Jocce was amazing. Also attentive & very friendly.

Parmesan Restaurant offers a warm Italian dining atmosphere with attentive service & the charming sound of live accordion music that really set the mood. However, the appetizer we ordered was a letdown-bland, overly simple, & lacking the bold flavors we expected from Italian cuisine. Given the high prices, it felt more like a tourist trap than an authentic experience. While the ambiance & staff were great, the food didn't quite measure up.

Excellent restaurant in the heart of old Québec. The food was scrumptious & the atmosphere very festive with a singer-accordionist roaming through the tables playing everyone's favorite tunes, in Italian, English & French. We were lucky to get a table last minute as this little gem is usually booked in advance on Saturday nights. My sister & I shared a Caesar salad & we had the spaghetti carbonara & linguini alle vongole plus a glass of wine each. Delizioso!

The place is very small & intimate. Music on the accordion is live. Food is hot, fresh & delicious!! Service is top notch!! Reservations needed.

First of all the service here was very very good. These people seemed pretty understaffed & packed but were very attentive as a team. My wife got manicotti she didn't like it but only because the pesto pasta was very strong & flavorful. It was very good pasta. A very well put together dish. I got Alfredo with chicken it was Olive Gardenesque . Not bad & not great. As you read in other review the bread is weird hard cold crunchy bread mixed with cold regular bread & ice cold unspreadable butter. I have eaten in 100's of Italian restaurants this isn't a normal thing. They also have an accordion player. It's pretty cool. You can tell the guy is loved & its the real true mystique & draw of the place. He is very talented . In a city full of amazing restaurants i probably wouldn't go back here. Also, not to be a jerk but it's kinda tacky & childish to put a (.) as a response to a bad review . In fact you literally ask someone why 3 stars not 4 & it almost made me go back & change my review to 3 . When i basically only give 5's Yah yah i know you don't care. 4.1
