Pasta looked & tasted like it literally was store bought spaghetti brand pasta, $29 for boiled noodles, some canned pesto (surely), & almost nothing else than maybe butter (no hint of garlic flavor as it's supposed to have). Wifes dish appeared to be a canned Ragu brand sauce on top of store bought spaghetti noodles too, for $20. It was edible, but I've never seen such little taste or finesse in an Italian restauraunt. I finished my "meal" out of sheer hunger & survival, not pleasure. Some of the bread they served was so stale & burnt that it cracked in half like a rock solid cracker, served with butter alone with no olive oil or anything. The service staff were nice & trying hard, & they had a live accordion player, which was charming, that's why they get 2 stars instead of one.

J'y suis allée pour mon anniversaire avec ma famille & nous avons passé un moment inoubliable. Merci au propriétaire associé Stéphane pour ton accueil chaleureux. Merci à Jonathan pour ton service si attentionné. Merci à Monsieur l'accordéoniste. Grazie mille al fisarmonicista che mi ha cantato una canzone italiana e con cui ho potuto parlare un pó italiano. Lei fa un lavoro eccezionale. Lei crea un ambiente perfetto per farci sentire come se eravano in Italia! & la nourriture était excellente. Plats recommandés: Fondue parmesan Carpaccio de boeuf Soupe minestrone Risotto aux champignons Spaghetti bolognaise Gnocchi maison Gigi Linguine aux fruits de mer Cannelloni à la viande & épinard Ciao! e alla prossima volta!

The most intimate lovely experience with elevated Italian dishes & decadent desserts. The staff made you feel so very special. The decoratives, wood burning fireplace, & your own personal table side accordion player whisk you off your feet. We brought our children here celebrating our anniversary & it was also very family friendly with a dessert bar to observe while you're eating. Parmesan is a must see restaurant arguably the best closest to château Frontenac!

The veal marsella was fantastic & the chicken picatta was very good as well. We also enjoyed the music with their staff playing an accordion & singing Italian music. We would definitely go back again next time that we're in Quebec, QC.

What an incredible experience. During our week in Old Quebec City, we tried numerous places for food. This one tops them all. Amazing food. The staff were all extremely friendly (& all spoke English, which is awesome because we don't speak a word of French). The service was quick. The atmosphere was authentic Italian, from the decor, to the very talented musicians. We highly recommend this place.
