I ordered the clam sauce linguine & it had a very off & bland taste to it. My husband ordered the spaghetti with meat sauce. There was a real lack of spices & flavor to our food. We really wanted to speak French to add to the experience of eating in Quebec City, but the server kept insisting on speaking to us in English even though we were speaking to him in French (I am fluent in French). It takes away from the customer experience when you cannot speak in the preferred language. When we told the server the food was bland (he asked us what we thought because I barely put a dent in my meal), he just walked off in a huff. The atmosphere was very nice though, & I enjoyed the music.

Nice atmosphere, live music. Service is decent. This place has very high volume of customers. Somehow the staff managed to be friendly, pretty impressive. Everything goes very quick. Its a good thing for being fast. Food is really average. Veal cutlet is good. That’s the only highlight.

The decor & atmosphere is enchanting. We had very good service & we enjoyed the food. The strolling musician was the highlight of our dining experience.
