Restaurant Parmesan was founded by true Italians over 48 years ago. Over the years, Luigi (known to all) has passed on his passion for food and Italian customs such as La Dolce Vita, hot chestnuts in autumn, our traditional balsamic vinegar, our famous homemade prosciutto and many other well-kept secrets. Over the years, Luigi has amassed over 4,000 bottles that are displayed throughout this museum that is Parmesan.

C'était un endroit que je voulais aller manger. Par contre j'ai été déçu du rapport qualité/prix. Lasagne minuscule comparativement à l'assiette & cela ne vaut pas 36$. Malgré que sur l'image cela ne paraît pas, il y avait peu de sauce au milieu à mon avis. L'assiette de ma conjointe était mieux mais ses pâtes au saumon avait peu de morceaux de saumon malgré que le goût y était. Encore une fois un peu cher à 38$ l'assiette. Facture de 165$, 1 entrée, 2 plats de pâtes & une bouteille de vin cela est cher payé pour ce que nous avons reçu. Je peux comprendre que tu payes un musicien, une personne à l'accueil, une personne qui s'occupe du vestiaire mais je pense que les assiettes doivent être tout de même mieux garnis. L'ambiance, le service & le décor sont les points forts de l'établissement. Personnellement, je n'y retournerai pas. Je préfère le portofino pas trop loin qui est moins dispendieux.

Hands down the best carbonara I've ever had. Perfectly rich & creamy without being heavy, clearly made with real care & authentic flavors. The ambiance made the experience even better - warm, cozy, & elevated by live accordion music that gave the whole place a charming, European feel. An unforgettable meal from start to finish. Can't wait to come back

Great place to go when in Old Quebec! Great atmosphere & if you're lucky, one of their staff is fantastic with the accordion & plays (& sings) The Beatles, Elton John & other more traditional music. I ordered the Poulet Terazinni & my wife got their Poulet Piccata, delicious 10/10 would come back here.

Delicious & authentic Italian food served here. We have been here a few times & today we were there for lunch today, & had the lunch special which was a salad, pizza, & coffee, & also a linguine with basil & garlic sauce which was excellent. The last time we were here was for dinner & they also had entertainment. The food has not disappointed me yet.
