Restaurant Parmesan was founded by true Italians over 48 years ago. Over the years, Luigi (known to all) has passed on his passion for food and Italian customs such as La Dolce Vita, hot chestnuts in autumn, our traditional balsamic vinegar, our famous homemade prosciutto and many other well-kept secrets. Over the years, Luigi has amassed over 4,000 bottles that are displayed throughout this museum that is Parmesan.

We so much enjoyed this restaurant. If was so much fun & the ambiance so spectacular. The staff was the best & the food outstanding. If you are in Quebec City, make sure to make this a dinner stop for sure!

Très décevant! Nous avions réservé 2 semaines à l'avance pour un occasion spécial. Nous avions bien spécifié un coin romantique. Ils nous ont donné une table dans une salle de groupes. Nous étions entre 2 groupes dont un était un party de bureau!
La serveuse pressée de nous servir, on a été garochés, manque d'eau…Les plats manquent de finesse. Ayant été une fan du resto dans le passé, j'ai connu mieux de votre part. Je pense que c'est vraiment rendu un resto attrape touristes! Un n'importe quoi. Si vous êtes de passage & que vous êtes pressés & peu d'espoir, ok. Mais pour une soirée qui devait être amusante & avec de bons plats ainsi qu'un service feutré, on repassera!

Only getting 2 stats because of the service & atmosphere. The chicken parm was on the level of East Side Mario's. I could have cooked better spaghetti at home & the chicken was over cooked.

Sommes allez samedi gang de 5 personnes ! Un beau serveur sexy & très gentil !
Nourriture bonne. .exception que ma lasagne était très ordinaire semblait avoir été passée au micro onde & très pâteuse ! Probablement une lasagne qu'un client n'avait pas pris parce qu'elle était trop cuite & quelques minutes plus tard il l'ont réchauffé & me l'ont passé! Les 4 autres personnes ont aimé leurs plats !

Je sais, j'étais dans un restaurant italien, mais j'ai pris un surf'n'turf qui était quand-même dans leurs'spécialité'. C'était ma première visite & j'ai été grandement déçu. Premièrement par la présentation & la qualité des aliments. Mon mini filet mignon était également trop cuit. J'étais en'date' & je me suis retenu de retourner mon assiette. Un homme à côté de nous nous à avoué que son escalope de veau n'était pas à la hauteur de ce qu'il avait déjà mangé auparavant. Est-ce la nouvelle administration?
