First of all the service here was very very good. These people seemed pretty understaffed & packed but were very attentive as a team. My wife got manicotti she didn't like it but only because the pesto pasta was very strong & flavorful. It was very good pasta. A very well put together dish. I got Alfredo with chicken it was Olive Gardenesque . Not bad & not great. As you read in other review the bread is weird hard cold crunchy bread mixed with cold regular bread & ice cold unspreadable butter. I have eaten in 100's of Italian restaurants this isn't a normal thing. They also have an accordion player. It's pretty cool. You can tell the guy is loved & its the real true mystique & draw of the place. He is very talented . In a city full of amazing restaurants i probably wouldn't go back here. Also, not to be a jerk but it's kinda tacky & childish to put a (.) as a response to a bad review . In fact you literally ask someone why 3 stars not 4 & it almost made me go back & change my review to 3 . When i basically only give 5's Yah yah i know you don't care. 4.1

Endroit festif pour célébrations entre amis. Accordéoniste très sympathique sur place quand nous y étions. Nourriture ordinaire & prix très élevés. Soupe minestrone trop salée à 14$ (16 nov. 2024).

Un restaurant emblématique de la ville de Québec. Un incontournable pour l'ambiance & pour le service rien à dire sur cela. Cependant un point très important est le rapport qualité prix des plats & malheureusement la quantité pour le prix ne répond pas à ce critère. Pour 29$ vous aurez une assiette de pâte au pesto qui ne vaut définitivement pas 29$. Également, si vous souhaitez boire une eau pétillante, la bouteille vous coûtera 10$. Donc pour 39$ avant taxes & avant pourboire vous avez une assiette de pâte dont la quantité laisse a désirer & une bouteille d'eau pétillante. À vous de voir si cela en vaut le coût. Pour ma part c'est un gros NON.

My daughter & I had a mini getaway to Quebec City for my birthday. This restaurant was highly recommended my locals. I'm gluten free. & not so easy at a Italian restaurant. I was mistaken! Joe was our waiter, & he was fun, kind & made a memorable experience. They brought a delicious cake to wish me a happy birthday with the staff, & the resident musician, who was playing the accordion beautifully throughout our dinner experience. The gluten free Alfredo pasta. Was no joke, the best I have ever had!! It's worth a trip to Quebec City to have it again!

Staff & atmosphere were excellent, my chicken parm was thin & dried out, otherwise a great restaurant, with a very personable accordion player. We'd definitely go back!
