Restaurant Parmesan was founded by true Italians over 48 years ago. Over the years, Luigi (known to all) has passed on his passion for food and Italian customs such as La Dolce Vita, hot chestnuts in autumn, our traditional balsamic vinegar, our famous homemade prosciutto and many other well-kept secrets. Over the years, Luigi has amassed over 4,000 bottles that are displayed throughout this museum that is Parmesan.

Accueil incroyable, le service est excellent & que dire de la nourriture qui est tout simplement excellente. En plus un accordéoniste qui vient créer une ambiance italienne. Juste WoW, nous l'avons maintenant adopté. Notre serveur Jonathan très efficace & super sympathique. Le propriétaire est un passionné & cela se ressent. À bientôt

Great area of old Québec & excellent service. Food for the price was disappointing. Lacked the visual appeal & plate was bare. Had the picatta. Flavors were ok but nothing to write home about. Been there before & was much better!

Excellent restaurant typique. Que dire de la bouteille de balsamique! Excellent service des serveurs, notamment Jonathan qui était le nôtre. Le carbonara est fabuleux.

Was really looking forward to this evening. U fortunately we were quite disapointed.we felt rushed throughout. Like the table next to is who got their main meal as they were still eating their entree. The food was good bit as previously mentioned by another customer, the complimentary bread was not fresh & hard. I would never have put that on a table. The atmosphere was ok but people are really packed on there. No room to move even when seated. My daughter had to keep moving to let waitress by. The frustrating part is as you eat they hover around you wwaiting to take your plate away. Feeling rushed. We did not appreciate that. Very unfortunate evening. They seemed more interested i. Getting people in & out
