C'est vraiment dommage que la qualité chez Salavatore ait autant baissé. Nous commandons régulièrement chez eux, mais aujourd'hui, conformément à leur politique, nous avons gagné une pizza moyenne gratuite. La pizza était tellement mal faite qu'il manquait la pâte & elle s'est effritée. Ils ne devraient pas proposer de promotions comme celle-ci s'ils font un travail aussi médiocre, car ce genre de détails leur fait perdre des clients fidèles. Nous avons également acheté d'autres articles chez eux. Mais cette expérience nous laisse une très mauvaise impression.
Première fois chez Salvatore. Bonne pizza malgré qu'elle soit plus épicée que ce à quoi je suis habituée. Beaucoup de choix de pizza. Bon roulement mais préférable d'appeler pour commander à l'avance de ce que j'ai vu.

One of the worst pizzas I have ever had. Soggy crust, sauce too sweet, door dash guy was waiting at the store for 30 mins which is ridiculous, pizza cold , toppings thrown on haphazardly & mostly fall off when you pick up a slice. 30$ for a small pizza with 4 pieces. Absolute nonsense. Would never order again. Be warned.
This location consistently has difficulties delivering a meal in a reasonable amount of time, no where near being hot, let alone even warm, & they never ever get the order correct. Ordered a 9' pizza, an order of curly fries & a diet pepsi...... received a pizza that somehow along its delivery route, got tilted & the toppings were all shoved on one side, coupled with the fact that it was cold..... curly fries were cold, hard & tasted stale..... ordered a diet pepsi, received a regular pepsi...... nothing was good, warm or accurate. & I gave the driver a tip, thinking that, ok, the delay may not be his doing.... meanwhile... i got an extremely disappointing meal.... once again. Sorry, but no way will you ever get a raving review with this type of service & product.
Update: Response from the owner.... No, I will never ever go back to this location or any other location from Salvatore. I'm 64 yrs old, been travelling throughout eastern Canada for the last 37 yrs, & never once did I complain in order to get a free meal. & that's exactly what your customer service implied when they ask me to prove the incompetence of your delivery driver. Here's a thought, try finding solutions to issues & less blaming your customers for your failures. No, Mr. Owner, I will NOT go back to your dive location, nor will I go back to any others. I don't appreciate being accused of attempted petty theft.
La pizza est très bonne mais lorsque nous avons été chercher notre commande, il y avait deux à trois personnes qui se disputaient très fortement dans la cuisine.
Pas trop intéressant pour la clientèle.

Dernière fois que je commande chez Salvatoré : pour la fête de mon fils de 4 ans, j'ai fait une commande en ligne en début d'après-midi pour être certaine d'avoir ma livraison pour le souper. J'ai dû appeler le resto à trois reprises & à chaque fois on me disait que j'allais recevoir ma commande dans les prochaines minutes. Mes invités étaient sur le point de quitter & mon fils était extrêmement déçu. Finalement, j'ai reçu ma livraison avec un retard de plus de 3h30. Il y'avait des erreurs dans ma commande, la pizza était froide & les frites très molles. Qualité & service client vraiment décevant.
