Problème de gestion des commandes! Nous avons attendu pour une commande faite en ligne qui devait être prête depuis plus de 20 minutes. Nous sommes repartis avec une pizza sec en plus, probablement trop longtemps au rechaud. Le resto était bondé de gens à bout de patience! Votre organisation est à revoir les commandes étaient mélangées & la jeune fille seule au comptoir ouvrait chaque boîte pour voir ce qui était à l'intérieur. Nous sommes des habitués de ce resto & celui de Rimouski est plus que décevant!!

Pour avoir commandé plus d'une 10aines de fois, j'ai personnellement eu aucun problème de commande ou de délai de commande. La pizza est toujours bonne & les frittes sont AMAZING. Certe, je vais chercher ma pizza moi même, aucun problème. Les problèmes semblent résulter d'un problème de livraison plus que d'autre chose pour les autres. Pourquoi chialer sur une pizza à 15$? Elle est bonne pis est pas cher. A bientôt salvatore 🥰

Commande en ligne pour Livraison; simple pizza 9 pouce au fromage croute farcie & frite en tire-bouchon. Pizza rebord brûlé, froide & frites froides. J'ai attendu ma commande 2h de temps. Est arrivée alors que je prenais mon téléphone pour les rappeler. Le livreur aucune excuse, à peine un Bonjour... pas prête de repasser une commande à cet endroit :
