Took out food to go on a late Saturday night. Looked busy still for 8:45pm. We were greeted well, got our order in, & was out the door 20 minutes later.
Ordered their deluxe burger with fries, classic poutine, & a kids burger with fries. Food was good & decently priced. Would recommend if you're looking for well-priced eats.
One of the best & most unique poutines I've ever tried! The food was so good, we ended up coming back two days in a row.
The server was super helpful with our choices & recommended the burger poutine. I tried the 911 poutine, but it turned out to be a bit too spicy for me (oops). Thankfully, they were incredibly kind & offered to switch it to a regular poutine sauce, which I really appreciated, my stomach definitely thanks them!
On the second day, we tried the mac poutine, another burger, & a hot dog. Everything was really good overall, though the hot dog was a bit dry.
Service was also very fast, with barely any wait time for our food.

Got a poutine & a burger (with fries). The fries that came with the burger were the worst fries I've ever paid for. I didn't even eat that stuff, it was gross. Burnt & soggy.
Poutine was fine, though, probably because the gravy covered those issues. But yes, I'm sorry to say this but I'll not come back & wouldn't recommend people to go there.
Reserved a table here well in advance of our visit post-Christmas. The restaurant was super busy when we arrived & there were lots of walk-ins who were waiting for tables (& some of them were not at all happy when we were seated!)
The service was friendly, & the food arrived to the table in excellent time given how busy the place was. The portions of poutine are a very good size & neither of us could completely finish what we had ordered, but it was fresh & tasty.
Ultimately one of the best value meals we had during our trip to Quebec. Recommended.
Best poutine I've had in Canada! Although it is poutine chain, it has excellent reputation on staff services. Tried the Quebec style poutine, which was a delightful blend of flavors that made each bite interesting, also fantastic with a bit favor of maple syrup. The location near Old Quebec City Hall is perfect, & there are plenty of poutine options to choose from. Highly recommended!
Super belle expérience! Le service est vraiment bon & le personnel est super sympathique. Les prix sont raisonnables & les portions sont généreuses. C'est abordable, parfait pour les familles, & la qualité de la nourriture est excellente. Une belle découverte que je recommande sans hésiter.
Nous avons adoré notre repas dans ce restaurant. Étant de passage à Québec, nous souhaitions trouver un bon restaurant avec de la bonne poutine. C'est chose faite & sans regret.

Surprisingly best service during family trip to Quebec - went to several'upscale' restaurants & Poutineville provided the friendliest & most attentive service. Excellent service & very good poutine. Would recommend! Would come back!
