Le restaurant Ouroboros est le meilleur restaurant à Québec! La cuisine y est super bonne, recherchée & à des prix très raisonnables. Les vins natures accompagnent magnifiquement les plats. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe d'Ouroboros! Je le conseille fortement.

J'ai trouvé l'accueil & le service très bien. Les vins recommandés étaient parfait. La carte m'a toutefois semblée un peu "éparpillée". C'est beaucoup de plats à l'ardoise avec peu de détail, si bien que malgré les explications du serveur, une fois le temps de commander, on ne peut tout retenir. Mon conseil serait de simplifier. La carte & les plats. J'ai senti le talent dans l'exécution & je pense qu'il ne s'agit que de prendre les quelques prochains mois pour trouver & recentrer l'identité de ce resto au niveau des plats. Parfois, moins est mieux. Merci nous avons passer une très agréable soirée sommes toutes.
