Souper du 24 décembre 23. Au niveau de la nourriture tout était parfait. Ce que je n'ai vraiment pas apprécié c'est l'empressement de nous servir. L'entrée a été desservie d'une main & le plat principal a été déposé de l'autre. Nous ne sommes pas dans un p'tit resto pour aller vite comme ça?! A Noël en plus! Je l'ai mentionné à la serveuse qui a avoué l'erreur, elle s'est excusée & m'a offert un verre de vin. Sauf que le service d'un tel souper est beaucoup trop rapide quand on veut prendre notre temps.

Bonjour, nous étions aussi avec vous le 24 dec 2022 & comparativement à cette année, nous avons trouvé que la nourriture & présentation avaient perdus en raffinement.

We went to Il Teatro for the Christmas Day fixed 4course dinner. We had a really good time, ambiente was great, food was really good, & a very good deal with $65. Service was very friendly, sometimes a little inexperienced.

25 décembre 2023 à 13 heures! En arrivant, le maître d'hôtel nous informe que notre réservation était au bar! Non, non! A une table! SV.P. On s'installe, commande du champagne.... Entrée de foie gras, ce dernier semblait apprêté avec de la crème; un mélange de foie & crème. Second service, le pavé de saumon oeuf mollet & galette de pommes de terre. C'était bon! Nous avons commandé un vin rouge pour accompagner le plat principal; un osso-bucco. Drame! On nous a oublié! Après une attente de 50 minutes, la serveuse est venue nous voir pour nous demander si le plat principal était bon! Nous n'avions rien reçu! L'ossobuco était très sec! Il ne goûtait rien, aucune épice & servi avec un oeuf mollet alors qu'on nous en avait servi à la seconde entrée. Le maître d'hôtel parle très fort! Aucun respect pour les clients! Particulièrement pour ceux qui ont de la difficulté à utiliser le paiement sans contact! Aucun professionnalisme, Pour les desserts, il manquait de variété! On suppose que leur réserve était limitée! A 65$ plus pourboires & TX, plus jamais pour le brunch à ce restaurant!

Souper du 25 décembre tout simplement divin, ambiance chaleureuse & feutrée. Que dire du service professionnel & intentionné de Mme Rachel, elles sont rares ces perles du service toutes mes félicitations.
