Mon conjoint & moi avions le goût de la « crème de poulet » . Pas trop de chance aujourd'hui pour ce choix puisque nous avons reçu une « crème de poulet » & une soupe « poulet & nouilles » . 😢 La soupe était fort bonne mais ne respectait pas notre commande . Le reste du repas était excellent 😋.

Serveuse très froide, coupe la parole a ma mère de 86 ans qui lui posait une question. Vraiment mauvaise expérience. Elle ne soit pas être motivée de travailler avec le public! Filets de.poulet froids, manque de vinaigrette dans la salade César au poulet.

J'ai invité ma mère âgée de 91 ans à souper au Bistro St-Hubert le 16 juillet .

C'était sa première sortie au resto depuis le 13 mars 2020.

Elle a mangé les Fish & chips de morue, elle les a dégusté soulignant leur bon goût & la qualité du poisson.

Quant à moi, j'ai mangé une salade Bangkok au poulet grillé, elle était succulente & la portion adéquate.

Le service a été impeccable du début à la fin.

Les rôtisseries St-Hubert diversifient leur menu & à date c'est une réussite!

La courte période offrant le homard a été très apprécié & tous les mets étaient succulents.

Serveuse vraiment très gentille & souriante, la seule faiblesse c'est que je trouve que le poulet piri piri est moins bon qu'avant depuis le covid, trop gras pas assez grillé mais pour le reste c'est supe

- les toilettes côté verrière pourraient être plus propre
- les ailes de poulet sont arrivées un peu après que la soupe soit arrivée, donc elles ont été mangées un peu plus froide qu'elles auraient dû être
- très bon service de notre serveuse Nancy!
