Accueil froid , inapproprié , sans convivialité…..j'ai jamais eu un tel accueil
On a accepté l'option espace bistro, on nous conduit à la table toujours avec ce manque d'enthousiasme & de respect de la personne assignée à l'accueil.
Je suis entrée sans pensé avec ma gourde d'eau ….une fois rendue à la table …la personne la remarque & me sermonne du fait que je n'ai pas le droit d'entrée avec….m'accusant que j'entre avec ma boisson gazeuse dans celle-ci….j'ai du l'ouvrir pour lui montrée que c'était de l'eau à l'intérieur…..quelle arrogance & mépris…..j'ai rien compris à son attitude & sans volonté de dialoguer

On s'est assis quelques secondes & après de bref réflexion on a ramassé nos trucs & sommes repartis sans commander

Pourtant à première vue elle semblait agréable mais aussitôt qu'elle nous a pris en charge ….experience sans âme & irrespectueuse

Très bel accueil & un service très chaleureux!
Toujours aussi bon après toutes ces années. St-Hubert a su s'adapter & se renouveler au fils des années. C'est un incontournable quand on revient au Québec!
