Surely, this must be the crown jewel in Quebec city eateries. Having visited this extraordinary restaurant during our last evening in Quebec city, we were absolutely smitten by the freshness of the ingredients, the authentic flavors & the reasonable prices for a family of six. During our time in Quebec city, we had the usual hamburgers, pizzas, poke bowls & so forth. Everything seemed formulaic but Gregory's mastery & high standards elevated the food to another level. If you find yourself ever in this area, please do yourself the courtesy of visiting his restaurant & enjoying some of his extraordinary dishes. His restaurant was most definitely the highlight of our visit to Quebec city. For that, we remain extraordinarily grateful

We were visiting with friends, & we were 8 people. ALL of us absolutely LOVED everything we had!
Served hot, fresh, delicious, crunchy, juicy... 🔥🔥🔥
We had the chowder & a seafood platter for two, & it was AMAZING!
This place is well-worth a visit & even if busy - well worth the wait!
Gregory is delightful, & we look forward to come back any time we are in town!

What a fantastic place! We shared a the haddock & chips, as well as a fried chicken meal. Everything was hot, fresh & tasty - really hit the spot after walking all day. The chef/owner was a great guy -- loved hearing about his journey & life!
