Best fish I've had in soooo long. Better than a fancy restaurant. Chef was also very nice. Recommend the fish tacos & cod. There's also fried chicken for non fish lovers

We randomly discovered this place & came in for lunch. We loved it. 😍
We ordered the fish & chips haddock & it was super tasty. Very lightly battered & delicious fresh fries. We also got shrimp tacos & they were even more delicious! The right amount of spice & a nice surprise of mango chunks in the salsa. The flour tortillas were not your regular ones, they seemed lightly fried & puffy. We absolutely loved everything we had!

Je ne suis pas une grande amoureuse de poisson frite en temps normal ni de crevettes frites, mais celles de poisson & frites saint jean sont tout bonnement savoureuses! J'ai pris le tacos crevette frites, & il s'agit des crevette frites les plus savoureuse que j'ai eu l'occasion de manger, la friture n'est pas trop lourde & le plat avait un mélange de saveur très sophistiqué, à la fois doux, acide & épicé. Je recommande vivement ce petit resto qui vaut clairement le détour même pour les non-amateur de fish&ships:)

Incroyable, de passage sur Québec, nous avons mangé au Saint jean poisson & frite 👍 waouh incroyablement bon, le meilleur fish ans chips, les tacos de crevettes mangue sont incroyables aussi & les tempuras de légumes aussi 😍. La serveuse Atiana est top 👍👍👍👍 très souriante, & attentionné nous avons aimé son accueil & conseil. Franchement c'est une adresse a faire . Très bon & pas Chère,🫶

Excellent! Les tacos (genre le pain) aux crevettes étaient un peu fades, mais le popcorn de moules était fabuleux. Personnel très sympathique qui s'efforce avec réussite à nous servir en français!

The fish & chips is incredible & has a generous portions!Also tried the fish tacos & would recommend the fried mussels they are so great!The chef has a chill easy going vibe.Only constructive thing I would say is for the poutine:more cheese,thicker & less salty sauce but for the price everything is relatively great✌🏻😌

I usually have to be in the mood for fish & chips but this is one place I could go whenever, no matter what I'm feeling. The 3 fish tacos with a side of fries made me discover that I actually like mango. The fish was so light, not heavy & greasy like a lot of other places. I felt great after eating it & even went on a hour long walk after! To top it off, the owner was super personable & listened to my dad ramble. This novice reviewers only regret is that I forgot to take a photo. Strongly recommend!😋

The shrimp tacos were fresh & zesty, adding a delightful twist to our meal. Chef Gregory's service was outstanding-he even charged my dead cellphone, which was a lifesaver. This cozy little restaurant made us feel right at home, & the attention to detail in every dish was impressive. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Québec City!
