Their food is to die for!! The mediterranean cuisine is very authentic, their chicken sandwich is also really nice. The kind waitress even gave us free potato wedges on top of the ones we bought. 10/10 food definitely coming back next time we visit Quebec

The food itself was decent, but unfortunately the overall experience left a lot to be desired.
The biggest issue was communication. The staff member helping us didn't seem to speak much English, which made ordering confusing & stressful. As tourists looking for halal food, it would have been extremely helpful if the restaurant had an English menu or someone who could communicate with English-speaking customers. My sister's sandwich was good, but the rest of us ordered rice & kebabs, which were served cold. On top of that, the portion sizes were surprisingly small, especially considering how expensive everything was. We politely asked for an extra plate to share as a family of four & were told it would cost an additional $1. Charging customers for an extra plate at a sit-down restaurant felt unnecessarily cheap & left a poor impression. To make matters worse, when we asked to use the restroom, we were simply told no, followed by a shrug. It was dismissive, unprofessional, & honestly confusing. It's hard to understand how a restaurant doesn't have a restroom available for paying customers or at least provide a proper explanation. Overall, the food was acceptable, but the customer service, communication, small portions, & overall hospitality made this a disappointing experience.
Une excellente expérience du début à la fin ! Les sandwichs étaient absolument délicieux, très savoureux & préparés avec des ingrédients de qualité. La salle est magnifique, très propre & offre une ambiance agréable.
Un grand merci à la dame qui m'a préparé les sandwichs. Elle était très gentille, accueillante & attentionnée. Elle m'a même servi un thé pendant que j'attendais que mes sandwichs soient prêts, un geste qui m'a vraiment touchée. Ce genre de service fait toute la différence. Je recommande ce restaurant à 100 % & j'y reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Qualité médiocre, service à la clientèle 0 & prix très exagérés. J'ai demandé trois chawarma qui,coûtent 63 dollars alors que la vérité était qu'un simple sandwich rempli de sauce & de salade & rien avoir avec un chawarma. La personne à la caisse n'était pas du tout accueillante c comme s'elle va me donner du sadaqa. C'était ma première & ma dernière visite.
Hands down the best shawarma I've had in Canada. We came from Toronto & tried their shish tawook sandwich with the plate. The most flavourful, delicious, & juiciest shawarma ever. Customer service was top notch & owner was extremely kind, sweet, & welcoming. One of the very few restaurants that you can completely trust them with your food. We ended up grabbing some sandwiches on our drive back before leaving. :)
We got the lamb shank & the gyro sandwich. I also asked the owner to swap the potato in the lamb shank to salad. Both the lamb shank & the gyro sandwich are the best we have ever had. The lamb shank is tender & juicy, but not over cooked. Dipping it with the hummus & sour cream provides the right balance. The gyro sandwich is made with pressed wraps. The wrap is crispy. The gyro is smoky & tasty. The salad & the rice also taste better than what we generally get in other places.
