Les toilettes sont dégeulasse, je duis arrivée, les produit ménager étaient sur le comptoir, une toilette était boucher plein de papier, une autre pleine de vomis

La nourriture était plutôt médiocre. Les saveurs & textures n'étaient pas toutes au rendez-vous.

De plus, nous avons commandé des sushis juste avant que la serveuse nous informe que la cuisine allait fermer 10 minutes plus tard. Pourtant, nous avons dû attendre que les chefs prennent leur temps de manger avant de recevoir nos articles. C'est une manière plutôt novice de gérer les'last call'.

En attendant nos derniers morceaux de sashimis nous avons vu les chefs se mettre à table & nous avons demandé à la serveuse si d'autres items allaient arriver. À ma surprise, la serveuse nous a répondu avec un air bête qu'ils (le personnel) n'a aucun moyen de savoir cette information & que seuls nous pouvons savoir ce que nous avons commandés…

La nourriture était moyenne. Le poulet katsu était très dur & les sushis étaient de qualité ordinaire : certains se défaisaient facilement & les feuilles d'algue étaient difficiles à mâcher.

Le service laissait également à désirer. Les assiettes étaient presque lancées sur la table, ce qui donnait l'impression que le personnel était pressé & peu soucieux de l'expérience des clients.

Good food & good vibes. We came to try the place & were never disappointed, the food were spot on & delicious. The staff were friendly & welcoming. We'll definitely come back again when we come back to Quebec city.
