This Starbucks inside the Fairmont Hotel in Quebec City is a hidden gem. The location is unbeatable-right in the heart of the Old Town with easy access to all the main attractions. The sitting area is spacious, stylish, & perfect for relaxing with a coffee or getting a bit of work done. It has that cozy, upscale vibe you'd expect from being inside the Fairmont. Great spot for a quick break or a quiet recharge in the middle of exploring the city.

This Starbucks was great, you would expect a Starbucks to be commercial, but this one was quite amazing, rather was it because of the fantastic view outside or of the snowy day that wished upon us that morning? Well, I think it was split partially. The coffee that was handed to us was creamy & Starbuck-y if you get what I am speaking about. It was the usual for a Starbucks, it was quite good. Now many are asking'Well, what about the dearest service?' The service was what you were expecting for a waiter, it wasn't the best waiter you have ever witnessed in your life, but it wasn't a bad waiter, it was the average 22 year old waiters. It was like McDonalds employees, but they didn't stuff up orders since it was only coffees, there, that is my review. Thanks.

As a $5,000/year Starbucks customer, I feel that these young employees are not properly trained, lack respect, & have perfunctory smiles.

The most expensive Starbucks I've ever had. 2 sandwiches which usually cost $10+, cost me $20+here.

Ce starbucks est toujours plein. Il manque de places assises. Le staff est très accueillant. Les prix sont quand même plus cher ici.

Dec2024 Quaint outlet within the Fairmont Hotel property. Only difference with other outlets is the external facade. Everything else is the same. A small dining nook is across the cafe sales area.

Les employés étaient courtois & polie, m'ont demandé s'ils avaient bien écrit mon nom & peuvent prendre des commandes en anglais & en français! L'ambiance était agréable.
