Quel belle expérience! Service exceptionnel & tellement sympathique. Les entrées sont fabuleuses: particulièrement les croquettes de poulet. J'aurais apprécié une plus petite portion de soupe Ramen.

I recently tried the Omori Miso Ramen at Tora-ya Ramen in Quebec, & it was a great experience. The soup was delicious with rich, well-balanced flavors, & the staff was incredibly friendly, adding to the pleasant atmosphere. If you're in Quebec & craving ramen, Tora-ya is definitely worth a visit!

We visited this restaurant the first time. We waited about 15 mins for a table on a Sunday night. Our ramen arrived after 15 mins after we ordered them. The miso broth was rich. The noodles were cooked right. There were 3 pics of pork, an soft boiled egg & a lot of vegetables. Too bad that the pork was not tender enough. Otherwise, it'd be 5 stars. Parking was available on the street.

Visiter Tora-Ya Ramen, c'est comme embarquer pour un voyage en direction de l'Orient, plus précisément du Japon ! Ce petit endroit chaleureux offre les meilleurs ramen en ville, rappelant fidèlement ceux que j'ai dégustés au Japon. Les ingrédients sont frais, & chaque plat regorge de saveurs ! Le personnel est sympathique, bien qu'il y ait eu un petit oubli de boisson & une erreur sur la facture... mais cela se fait vite pardonner grâce à la qualité du repas. Ce que vous voyez dans le menu est exactement ce que vous retrouverez dans votre assiette. Mention spéciale pour le dessert japonais typique ! C'est définitivement l'un de mes endroits préférés dans ce quartier.
