Restaurant très joli & personnel super sympa ! Le service a été super rapide, top ! Le bouillong était super bon, petit bémol, les nouilles trop fines & la viande un peu dure à mon gout mais cela reste un super ramen

Nous avons été dîner à ce resto hier. C'était pas mauvais, mais ça manquait de goût. J'ai manger de meilleurs Ramen ailleurs & je trouve les prix un peu dispendieux. Je n'y retournerais pas.

O melhor Ramen de Ville de Québec. Vale a pena esperar um pouquinho na fila porque a comida é ótima. Prefiro o molho soya, é mais espesso e um pouquinho picante. O preço é justo, também. Os doces sao meio estranhos, Vale só pela experiência.

had the kimchi ramen which was really good. some of the best ramen i’ve had! it felt like i was in Japan with the chefs & the waiters speaking japanese which is a really nice touch. great service

I read reviews about Tora-Ya Ramen before I went (because I really wanted to go there for lunch). Many of them talking about the good service & food, & a few criticizing the food, the type of noodles they had, among other things. Today I went, & I was able to draw my conclusions:
- The service was amazing: they serve you a glass of water & you can ask for it to be refilled, you can ask for the Wi-Fi password if you want to connect to the internet, the waiter even offered me the chance to stay at the bar a little longer because I was with a very full stomach (2 glasses of water & a drink, plus a soup, are too many liquids in a short time).
- & about the food, zero criticism: I ordered Miso-Kimchi, omochi & a soda. The Miso-Kimchi is worth recommending on any occasion (loaded with flavor, but if you don't like spicy, well...try another dish), & the noodles they had were perfect for the soup (they are thin noodles, & that's fine, plus they combine better with the rest of the ingredients). & the omochi, 4 mochis (& a quarter of a dorayaki) of different flavors (although, my favorite was the triangular cinnamon mochi).
- Any criticism or negative side: ...I don't know, maybe some people might find the prices a little high, but the quality of the food shows that the price is well set.
In short: recommended? Yes of course. Completely.

Super bon restaurant de ramen à Québec City.
Le service, les plats étaient très bon. Mention spéciale pour la glace au Shoyu qui a un goût de caramel beurre salé !!

Les employés québécois se parlaient en japonais entre-eux.
J'ai pris un bol de ramen & un entrée.
Si vous voulez vous sentir au Japon par L'ambiance & la nourriture, vous serez servi !
