Excellent ramen in a cozy spot. The intimate size works well during off-peak hours, though it could feel a bit tight when busy. The food more than makes up for it. Parking can be tricky on weekdays, but free spots are available on weekends.

Food was fine. The egg was delicious & everything else was fine. We went before 5pm to avoid the rush but waited 20 minutes for two bowls & dumpling. The dumplings were burned. Four people in the kitchen but in 20 minutes, we watched them put out only 8 dishes including our two. Very slow. It's ramen - it should be quite fast. I saw the cook notice the burning dumplings but they were served to us anyway.

This was my first time visiting Quebec, & missing Japanese ramen brought me to this cozy, charming little spot. The restaurant has a really nice atmosphere.
As for the food, the broth is a lighter soy sauce (shoyu) style. If you prefer authentic, heavy Japanese flavors, you might find it needs a bit more salt-personally, I'm a bigger fan of rich tonkotsu broth. However, the texture of the noodles was absolutely spot on & my favorite part of the meal.
They also offer drinks like Asahi beer & umeshu (plum wine). For me, wrapping up the day with a hot bowl of ramen & a cold beer is one of life's greatest pleasures!

Ordered the miso raman, & was about to be given another one. The waiter realized the mistake & put through the correct order. But it seemed rush at the point. The broth was good, but found the serving size smaller than typical ramen bowls.
