La plus belle expérience niponne au Canada. Ne vous laissez pas décourager par la file, c'est LA place pour un ramen, kara age ou shahan... Tout est bon, le service est toujours impeccable.. vraiment une expérience à vivre & revivre 🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶

Had a really good experience at Tora-Ya restaurant. The broth was flavorful & rich, the noodles were cooked perfectly, & the portions were satisfying. The staff were friendly & service was quick even during busy hours. The atmosphere was cozy & relaxed, making it a nice place to enjoy a warm meal. Definitely a solid spot for ramen & I'd come back to try more dishes.

Quaint little spot with a fantastic team. Food is delicious & well priced! Will definitely come back. Had the Kimchi ramen & some pork dumplings. It was so good! Great portions as well.

I wonder why I never gave a review before since it's my favorite ramen shop in town. It's the only place I can practice my Japanese since every staff seems to speaks it. The place is small but typical of that kind of place in Japan. The most authentic atmosphere & experience in Quebec city. The food is also delicious & very similar to what you would find in a ramen/Izakaya shop in Japan.

I recommend it to everyone, I've been there multiple time in the past years.

Très belle découverte pour les amateurs de ramen à Québec. Les bols sont bien garnis, le bouillon est savoureux & réconfortant, avec une bonne profondeur de goût. Les nouilles sont bien cuites & les ingrédients sont frais, ce qui donne un plat vraiment satisfaisant, surtout quand on veut manger quelque chose de chaud & consistant.

L'ambiance du restaurant est simple & conviviale, parfaite pour un repas sans prétention entre amis ou après une journée en ville. Le service est poli & efficace.

Une très belle surprise! Nous nous sommes arrêtés pour déjeuner, nous avons pris place au comptoir fautes de places disponibles en salle, mais cela valait le coup! Les Ramens sont délicieux, & le petit plateau de desserts Omochi excellent. Sans oublier le service au top!
