This is more like a food court ramen spot, & overall it felt quite average to me.
I'm from Toronto, so my expectations might be influenced by the wider range of Asian food options there.
For a quick, filling meal, it's fine, but it didn't really stand out.

Exellente cuisine Japonaise, focussant sur les plats simple. Ce n'est pas un restaurant de sushi, mais plutot de Ramen avec à-coté. Portion plus que suffisant à prix moyen. La salle a manger est malheureusement petite. Le restaurant se rempli a pleine capacité très rapidement. Il ne prennent pas les réservation.

Le meilleur ramen que j'ai mangé, absolument délicieux! Le service est impeccable, le personnel très amical, & l'ambiance est parfaite. Décidément un merveilleux restaurant de cuisine japonaise, je compte bien y retourner!

Authentic ramen spot with great service & atmosphere. The karaage chicken was delicious. The ramen was good, but I believe it was just slightly bland. However, everyone has different palates when it comes to ramen, therefore I would still recommend it as a solid option compared to others in Quebec City!!

Malheureusement je n'ai pas de photos mais j'aurais dû prendre leur spécialité: la soupe Ramen car les entrées selon mon goût étaient fade & sans goût. (Bouillon & échalotes & les nouilles choux & boeufs- très peu de morceaux de boeufs) dumpling aux porc & Crème glacée Shoyu succulent ! J'y reviendrai pour la soupe!

This ramen shop is a bit far from the Old Town - you'll need to take a bus to get there - but it's totally worth it! The ramen tastes really authentic & the broth isn't overly salty. The beer was perfectly cold & refreshing, & the fried chicken was surprisingly good! They use chicken breast instead of thigh meat, which was a nice surprise. If you have time to visit, I highly recommend trying their fried chicken - it's a must!

The ramen in Canada is often not hot enough, but at this place, it arrived steaming with smoke! It was a surprise! The ramen was authentic Japanese, simple flavor but it tasted very good.

My friend ordered the fried chicken, she said it was delicious!

The staff were very attentive. Even during busy hour, they noticed when guests finished their appetizers before serving the ramen. When our water ran low, they quickly refilled it.
Since I'm a vegetarian, I didn't eat my friend's fried chicken, & the staff noticed that & brought out my ramen first.

I didn't expect such thoughtful service at a ramen shop!
