Well! This was a great experience. & that is the way you need to look at it, an experience.
The menu is set, with 7 services, every one a surprise till they dilliver the plate in front of you.
Every taste bud was put to work, many of the ingredient combinations were surprising, bringing you to the precipice of'do I dislike this or loving it', & sometimes it's both.
Every service is freshly made & then presented with a detailed explanation.
Which brings us to the service, our waitress, Oceane, was awesome, she guided us through the meal & we had a few good laughs with her.
It may seem a small thing but the chairs were very confortable, making it easier to sit through a 2.5 hour meal..
It is expensive but it is a unique experience. We would go back, as they change the menu a few times a year.

Expérience culinaire d'exception. Ambiance Québécoise agrémentée de musique d'ici. Les saveurs locales sont au rendez-vous incluant morilles locales. Bien qu'il s'agissait d'un repas 7 service, j'aurais pris une portion de protéines plus généreuse que 1/6 de portion.
