Des produits de qualité, un service attentionné & des très bons cocktails! On a passé une très belle soirée! Je ne souhaitais pas prendre l'accord mets-vins, mais seulement un verre, & l'équipe a tout de même pris le temps de très bien nous conseiller.

J'avais des attentes élevées avec tout ce qu'on entend sur le restaurant. Il mérite clairement ses 5 étoiles, mais je dois avouer ne pas avoir été totalement comblé par rapport à ce que j'imaginais.

J'ai personnellement préféré le Saison, où j'ai davantage ressenti les goûts & les saveurs.

Le personnel etait aimable , efficace & aidant! L'expérience est superbe ! Il y a assez à manger , ne vous inquiétez pas , j'étais gavée à la fin du repas. Le vin québécois m'a agréablement surpris. Le pas de pourboire aussi , j'étais « mais j'ai oubliée de laisser le pourboire » & elle de répondre non c'est ainsi ici! Belle expérience somme toute j'y retournerais car les plats sont délicieux & originaux! Seul bémol le caviar québécois n'est pas encore à la hauteur des autres caviars … je ne doute pas que nos producteurs locaux tenteront de l'améliorer, C'était un extra & n'avait pas d'incidence sur l'ensemble du menu:)

Une soirée sans faute! Service impeccable, très pro mais zéro guindé, bouffe exceptionnelle, accord de vins québécois délicieux, super ambiance. On a adoré le menu dégustation débordant de créativité & de générosité. Déjà hâte d'y retourner!
