Excellent gourmet restaurant with extremely well curated closed menu & a fantastic selection of local Quebec alcohol. Absolutely a must try. Will be sure to return on my next trip to the city

Les plats étaient bons sur le plan gustatif, toutefois l'expérience globale manquait de cohérence. On sent un certain décalage entre la qualité de la cuisine & l'ambiance du restaurant. L'aménagement laisse à désirer : tables très rapprochées, chaises peu confortables & éclairage peu flatteur. L'ambiance sonore rappelait davantage un style folklorique qu'un restaurant se voulant plus raffiné, ce qui nuisait à l'expérience.
Un autre point décevant concerne le concept des plats à partager. Bien que l'idée soit intéressante, l'exécution est maladroite certains plats ne se prêtent pas au partage & rendent le moment peu convivial. Cela devient rapidement contraignant plutôt qu'agréable.
L'accord mets & vins était également décevant, les vins proposés n'étaient pas à la hauteur & ne mettaient pas les plats en valeur.
En résumé, malgré une cuisine de qualité, plusieurs aspects sont à retravailler. Pour le prix demandé, l'expérience n'était malheureusement pas à la hauteur des attentes.

A fun meal set with different food & wine pairings. Our waiter was very friendly & accommodating - explaining the food composition & wine origins. They also called to confirm before our visit about food allergies. Fun music & dishes to taste- definitely great value, unique & fresh

Restaurant qui vaut vraiment le détour ! Super belle expérience du début à la fin. Le concept de menu dégustation à partager est parfait, il y en a vraiment pour tous les goûts & tout était vraiment excellent! Les plats sont tous originaux & délicieux & le service est impeccable. À revisiter!
