Plus qu'excellente expérience au Ambre. Le service était exceptionnel, je pense notamment au Maître d'hôtel qui a confirmé la réservation par appel & revalidé auprès de moi ma compréhension de leur offre (pas de choix, menu dégustation) ainsi que toute allergie potentielle & nous a offert un service de haute qualité le soir venu, mais je pense aussi à Morane (je m'excuse si je ne l'écris pas correctement), notre serveuse qui était elle aussi fantastique. Chapeau au chef qui a réussi à faire manger des champignons à mon conjoint. Gros coup de coeur pour le plat froid à base de courge musquée, un régal. De A à Z, une fabuleuse expérience. Nous avons déjà hâte d'y retourner !

Très bon resto, service sympathique & mise en valeur des produits du Québec, tant dans les assiettes que dans l'ambiance sonore! J'ai l'impression d'en avoir eu pour mon argent, à essayer!

Vraiment excellent resto! Très bon & goûteux. Original la formule pourboire inclus c'est cool.super service de Marie-loup! Seul point à améliorer : 3 onces par verre pour l'accord met vin c'est peu, ajoutez un once ou deux quitte a monter le prix.

Tres belle experience chez Ambre Buvette. Les plats furent tous plus surprenants & delicieux les uns que les autres. Gros coup de coeur pour les pleurotes & le raviolo au mais! Un super service egalement. Je recommande vivement!
