Plats excellent, rien à dire coté nourriture. L'ambiance & le service , rien à redire, c'était parfait. Seul bémol est la carte des vins. Je comprends le concept vin du terroire & vin nature mais aucun vin n'était dans ma palette & dans mes gouts. C'est une raison pour laquelle je n'y retournerais pas. Le resto aurait intérêt à mon avis à varier un peu plus sa carte de vins. À noter aussi que vous devez prévoir le budget, 175 $ pour 2 personnes (& seulement 2 consommations)

Excellente nourriture. Service approximatif, long & serveuse mal informée.
Sélection de vins laisse à désirer.
Comment pouvez-vous avoir un foie gras comme plat signature sans offrir un vin ou cidre liquoreux? On m'a suggéré un vermouth de cidre blanc qui ne mariait absolument pas le plat.
