L',ambiance bistro est conviviale & la bouffe est excellente. Les menus varient d'une période à l'autre. Les carottes glacées, le brie fondant, le pain au levain, les raviolis noirs au homard, l'agneau, le plat de canard & le gâteau à la betterave, délicieux!, Le chef Étienne a de bonnes idées pour des plats bien signés. Réfléchir à un vestiaire peut-être? & le stationnement après une tempête de neige est un défi mais comme partout ailleurs. Ne manquait que la présence de Laurie-Jane avec son service impeccable & la touche de Tom en cuisine mais il faut bien des jours de congé!
