Faut être patient. 45 min d'attente pour une poutine alors que y'en a 10 qui sont sous le réchaud depuis 15 minutes. Employés complètement dépassés par la situation, ils perdent les commandes & vont en cuisine voir les numéros, faudrait peut-être revoir votre système. Ça fait deux fois que ça m'arrive à ce Ashton.

Commande en ligne passée le 25/10/07, nouveau système informatique de leur part, incapable de mettre un nom sur la facture ni numéro de téléphone, j'allais chercher une commande que ma conjointe a passé en ligne, je n'avais pas le numéro de commande malheureusement... je suis reparti sans la commande & en plus ils ont eu besoin de la refaire à leur frais quand ma conjointe y a été.... Ashton.... avant de tout changer... & d'essayer d'innover... essayez dont que ca marche comme du monde!
