Commande à l'auto le 2026-02-01 ; comment peut-on se tromper à ce point. Nous demandons un grilled cheese pour notre fils avec un jus de pomme. Résultat ; il reçoit une poutine sans sauce & aucun jus de pomme.
Nous avons aussi commandé un burger. Résultat : Aucune boulette à l'intérieur du burger !?!
Pire service/commande.

2025-12-27: Achat d'un burger Ashton simple avec bébé poutine, plus liqueur : 19,37$ (plus pourboire). Avant c'était toujours chaud, & là, en salle à manger c'est limite chaud au départ & à la fin c'est froid. Depuis les nouveaux propriétaires, ils semblent tenter de faire des économies…..ça fait deux fois que mon burger ne goûte plus ce qu'il goûtait.(Moins de sauce, pas salé, & salade différente). Déception !

La modification au menu en y ajoutant des milkshakes est un plus. & après y avoir goûté 2 fois plutôt qu'une , ceux-ci sont très bons.

Ça fait un an que je suis à Québec & c'est seulement aujourd'hui que j'essaie le Ashton! Quel dommage qu'il n'y en a pas à Montréal. Les portions sont vraiment grandes! J'ai commandé une poutine mini & je suis bien surprise de la portion. J'ai demandé au commis de choisir un burger pour moi, le Ashton burger est très bon & frais. Mardi 1er octobre 20h, super de bon service au service au volant. Le jeune était bien gentil & poli ☺️ à bientôt!

Le burger double haston est vraiment tres bon la poutine est bonne mais pourrait être mieux, trop souvent on pogne des frites seche & il manque parfois de sauce

À toute les fois que je viens ici je me pose la même question:pourquoi est-ce tant populaire!! Aucun des repas que j'ai essayé ne vault la peine dans ce menu. Le pain des burgers est comme semblant toaster mais toujours mou,à se demander si il se sont trompés. Les frites sont molles & détrempées dans la poutine. J'aurais donner plein de chances mais celle-ci aura été la dernière. Par contre je doit dire que les employés sont sympathiques & courtois. & en passant les prix sont vraiment trop cher versus la qualité
