Café froid, gout du café pas très bon...
Croissant jambe fromage vraiment décevant, on ne conseil pas.
Sinon l'ambiance & le service était bien. La dame à la caisse était très gentille

Au 1884, un arrêt incontournable lors de mes visites à Québec! L'endroit est magnifique, au pied du Château Frontenac & avec une magnifique vue sur le fleuve.
L'hiver, on y a notre lot de sensations fortes avec la glissade, suivie d'un délicieux café ou autre boisson chaude, & l'été, c'est le passage obligé pour la MEILLEURE crème molle en ville!
Tout ceci entouré d'un personnel accueillant servant pâtisseries & sandwichs qui ont tous l'air plus délicieux les uns que les autres!

Petit kiosque sur l'esplanade, idéalement situé pour prendre un petit café avec une vue magnifique sur le château de Frontenac. Personnel très gentil.
Petit plus pour le brownie qui était une pépite 👌

I was really disappointed with this cafe. The staff seemed uninterested & it took forever to get anyone's attention. & when i asked the staff a question in English they seemed uninterested & disrespectful to me. Definitely won't be coming back

I would 1000% recommend going to 1884 to grab a bite to eat - & while you are there be sure to thank the owner Jeff for us!! We recently visited Quebec on a family vacation & were taking a tour the final morning. It was incredibly hot & humid & our 12 year old daughter Serafina passed out from heat stroke right in front of 1884. It was terrifying to say the least. The 1884 owner, Jeff, immediately jumped into action. He explained that he was a paramedic & proceeded to take care of our daughter without hesitation, informing us each step of the way what was happening. He opened the cafe to us as a place for her to recover & didn't leave our side until she was safe in our car- his generosity, kindness, quick thinking, & commitment to her health was one of the greatest acts of kindness I've experienced. Thank you, Jeff! & to everyone else - make sure you stop by, grab a bite, & thank him for us!

Discovered recently this café. Mesmerizing views on St Laurent river & Château Frontenac. Friendly staff. Great service. Visiting Québec city & not for the 1st time coming in here to grab a coffee with croissant. Nice place to relax & to enjoy the city.Thank you
