Patrons encounter a diverse menu featuring expertly prepared falafel, seasoned shawarma, and vibrant mezze platters that prioritize traditional seasoning blends and preparation techniques. The kitchen focuses on the marriage of fresh produce, lean proteins, and authentic flatbreads, maintaining a consistent standard across all Mediterranean offerings. Diners engage with a menu that highlights the complex spices and textures foundational to Lebanese and Greek culinary styles. Best Lebanese food I've ever tried. Not too salty or acidic as some Lebanese restaurants tend to be. Owner is very warm & welcoming, making you feel like at home. Price is also very fair. Would definitely come back in a heartbeat.

During our final day visiting Quebec, my family & I chose Bachir based on recommendations, & we were pleasantly surprised by the warm hospitality & delectable dishes. The kindness of the staff enhanced our experience, & the hummus, falafel, baklava, & shawarma were truly delightful for anyone who appreciates Lebanese cuisine

Very disappointing quality. Hummus was tasteless, very little garlic or lemon. Potatoes were more like a breakfast style than Lebanese. Rice was tasteless. The chef should taste the food before serving to customers.

I came here all the way from Windsor Ontario, as a Lebanese myself I can say this is hands down ONE OF THE BEST Lebanese restaurants in town! The food is excellent, the flavours are absolutely exceptional! The service was top notch & best of all, the food is 100% halal! Great Restaurant for all occasions, would totally recommend!

we stopped by here for lunch & were extremely pleased. We will come here every time we're in the neighborhood, I could not believe how good the falafel tasted, possibly the freshest falafel I've ever had, they were light & airy, & clearly made with love. I typically eat mediterranean food a couple times a week & without question rate this place in my top ten. It was so good I had to tell my Lebanese friend so he can look forward to stopping here when he comes to visit us.
