Bonjour a vous je viens a peine de quitter votre resto & je me suis jamais senti autant mépriser par la serveuse une dame dans la quarantaine un peu petite de taille, j'étais seul ( & seule noir) & elle avait un comportement vrm méchant comme si je la dérangeais quand je voulais commander & même pendant mon repas. C'est la deuxième fois que je vais lbs & je trouve ça dommage, car j'aime bien le resto & la cuisine qui est bonne
We had an amazing brunch at Ben & Florentine! From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, & attentive. The food was fresh, beautifully presented, & absolutely delicious.
One of the things we loved most was the variety of menu options. Whether you're in the mood for classic breakfast favorites, sweet pancakes & waffles, healthy choices, or hearty brunch dishes, there's something for everyone. The portions were generous, & everything was cooked perfectly.
This was one of the best brunch experiences we've had in Quebec City, & we will definitely be back the next time we're in the area. Highly recommended!

We went to one near the waterfalls of Quebec yesterday & were amazed.
So as told we visited another one near the hotel & it was excellent too...despite no turkey bacon. Special mention to Naomi who knows her job, very attentive
?📝 My Experience:
We stopped in hoping for a nice late breakfast, as our previous visit here was quite enjoyable & the food was good, albeit a little on the expensive side at $61. Unfortunately, we ended up turning around & leaving before even sitting down due to the poor treatment we received regarding spatial accommodations. It is highly unlikely we will ever return after being made to feel so unwelcome.

The young server who initially greeted us was very polite, professional, & cheerfully asked for our party size. However, an older server quickly & rudely interrupted the interaction, completely shifting the atmosphere with a dismissive & negative attitude.
?Access Rights:
When I requested a table that would properly accommodate my Service Dog, the older server was entirely unaccommodating. She inexplicably claimed that several perfectly suitable, empty tables were already'taken' & would only offer us a single spot in what she herself described as a'busy area.'

It was incredibly bizarre & frustrating to be denied a suitable table when literally half of the restaurant was completely empty during our late breakfast visit. There was more than enough physical space to comfortably & unobtrusively seat a working dog team without blocking any pathways.
?Sensory & Safety:
Attempting to force a handler & a Service Dog into a high-traffic'busy area' when quieter, spacious sections are readily available shows a complete lack of situational awareness. It creates an unnecessary hassle & disregards the basic safety considerations required for working animals.

It's very disappointing when a restaurant fails to understand simple spatial accommodations for a working team. We'd much rather take our business to a place that truly respects & welcomes us, rather than one that makes us feel like a burden!
Nous allons régulièrement bruncher sur l'heure du dîner à ce Ben&Florentine. Toutefois, depuis la dernière année, les temps d'attente ne cesse de monter & la qualité du service ne cesse de se dégrader. Même si nous sommes à 3 minutes du restaurant, il est maintenant plus efficace pour nous d'aller sur celui de Chauveau & revenir plutôt que d'attendre à celui-ci. Notre visite d'aujourd'hui, sera malheureusement la dernière.
À titre d'exemple, aujourd'hui nous sommes arrivé à 11h55, étions prêt à commander 3 minutes plus tard mais avons dû attendre & commandé à 12h15 & avons reçu nos assiettes à 13h08. Nous étions 4. Durant la période de 1h13 où nous étions sur place, nous n'avons eu droit qu'à un seul refill de café & nous avons payé d'avance (en commandant) pour pouvoir quitter plus vite.
Un excellent endroit pour déjeuner dîner. L'endroit était bondé de monde ce qui ralentisse un peu le service MAIS la qualité & surtout la quantité en valait la peine. Tout le personnel est souriant malgré le surplus d'ouvrage & les assiettes étaient chaudes. Bref un super endroit & ça valait le détour. Nous avons été servis par Charlie.
Temps d'attente pour avoir une table plus long que la normale. Le service reçu de Malik fut incroyable & très agréable. La cuisine a raté une partie de mon assiette & a préféré recommencer cette partie plutôt que de me la servir. Cette partie est arrivée au bon moment pour compléter mon merveilleux repas.
