Ma fille & moi sommes allées manger ce midi. Notre serveur, super gentil & a le sens de la répartie, nous dit que c'est son anniversaire aujourd'hui. Vraiment aimé notre expérience aujourd'hui !! À refaire & si on a le même serveur je vais etre bien contente !!

La nourriture était excellente & les ingrédients de bonne qualité, ce qui rend l'expérience d'autant plus décevante. Malheureusement, notre brunch déjeuner a été gâchée par un service extrêmement long & peu courtois.
Nous avons été servis par Caroline, dont l'attitude nous a semblé froide & peu attentive. Elle donnait constamment l'impression que nos demandes la dérangeaient, sans sourire ni véritable souci de l'expérience client, comme si elle préférait être ailleurs. Cette attitude a rendu le service désagréable & parfois même condescendant.
C'est regrettable, car la qualité de la cuisine mérite un service à la hauteur.

Ancienne Lorette mérite mieux.
1h30 avant d'être servi. Du café froid. Des fruits chauds des oeufs froid. Vous avez bien lu. Une jeune serveuse qui fait son possible, des vieilles de la vieille qui te répondent: désolé vous n êtes pas de ma section. C'est quelque chose pareil cette individualité. Jour de congé & peu d employé? Ou des employés peu compétent? 4 commandes arrivés en 3 services différents. J'avais presque terminé mon assiette quand mon ami a reçu la sienne
