C'était ma 2e visite à cet endroit. Nous n'avons manqué de rien le personnel était bien attentionné. La nourriture était très bonne & j'ai goûté à un excellent cocktail. Bref, je recommande!

Malheureusement les plats étaient tous froids & une pizza brûlée.
Le service à été impeccable du début à la fin pour régler la situation mais les repas désuets malheureusement .

Bonjour, Excellente nourriture & la serveuse était excellente aussi. Toutefois, elle était seule pour répondre au téléphone, placer les gens, prendre les commandes, servir les verres. Ajoutez des serveurs seraient bien pour augmenter le service & réduire les délais qui sont un peu long.

Bon service. Un repas avec des ingrédients & des produits frais. Nourriture correcte, bon goût, mais rien d'exceptionnel. Il manque l'effet Wow ou la petite touche véritablement italienne. Bien exécuté & portion généreuse. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Les toilettes sont au rez-de-chaussée & l'escalier est assez étroite. Pas de décoration dans les toilettes. Magnifique décor dans le restaurant & une mention spéciale pour MCGrou qui signe les superbes fresques & le magnifique décor de ce restaurant. On peut également voir tout l'étendu de son immense talent dans plusieurs autres établissements dans la ville de Québec. La musique était très forte, c'était assez difficile de s'entendre parler.

Mediocre food, terrible service, interesting atmosphere. Waiter practically forgot about us. We waited 40+ minutes for our mains, & the waiter was asking if we wanted the bill before we even got them

I always take groups here for my tours & they love it! The staff are extremely accommodating with gluten & dairy free alternatives for their pizza & pastas. When I went with my last group, Otterick was really friendly & provided a great service to my students! We can't wait to return 😊
