Nous aimons allés au Birra Basta lors de nos visite à Quebec, la nourriture est excellente & les employés sont sympathiques sauf lors de cette dernière visite... nous sommes arrivés 15 min avant notre réservation alors le gentil serveur nous propose de prendre un verre au bar! Parfait pour nous!! Nous sommes assis au bar depuis 8-10 min sans réponse, mais nous voyons que les 3 employés sont dans le jus alors sans problème.. au moment où le barman vient prendre notre commande en attendant notre table « la gérante » l'interrompt & lui demande s'il est occupé Il lui explique qu'il prend notre commande ect.. elle lui dit d'aller débarrassé de tables & les replacer pour les personnes en attente de table... elle ne comprend clairement pas le principe je crois... alors nous avons patienter au bar sans cocktail, car Mme la gérante trouve plus important dégager les table que vendre un produit pour faire attendre les clients.... En plus, c'est la seule employée qui ne sourit pas & ne salut pas les clients!! Bref, une chance que les serveurs ne prennent pas exemple sur elle.
