Pizza was great; service was mediocre. Very slow & disorganized. We ordered a tirimisu for take out. We were given a $2.00 amount of it, not $8.00 worth.

Nous avons adoré notre expérience au Birra & Basta. Les plats étaient savoureux & bien présentés. Le service par le personnel très bien aussi. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le niveau sonore qui n'était pas trop élevé, contrairement à beaucoup d'autres endroits où on ne peut pas s'entendre parler. Mais ici, c'était parfait. Resto excellent que nous recommandons fortement! Merci!

The food was food, but:

1) Turn on some lights at the front door so that people can find the entrance & enter safely. Deduct one star.

2) Employ more staff to assure timely service & reduce stress on the harried help. Deduct one star.

3) Reduce the volume of the incessant head-pounding music from "stun" to merely "pain" so that people can converse with their friends & waitresses can hear orders without shouting. Deduct one star.

You are apparently trying to do better. Add one star. I won't take revenge on Yelp after all.
