If we could give the restaurant 10 stars, we would!!
Our waiter was spot on for every course! He was attentive, super friendly & wicked efficient.
Chef Francois prepared our meal with great attention to detail. We enjoyed our appetizers.
The salmon tartare & cold seafood soup were a superb start to an incredible meal.
Our entrees -
Veal from Rang 6 Farm & Surf & Turf were prepared to perfection.
The grand finale for dessert-
Clementine Salad & the Big Bis baked with pecans & sourdough are highly recommended!
Our evening rates a 10 & we will return to Bistro B on our next visit to Quebec City

Excellent restaurant comme toujours. Tous les services étaient sublimes!!! On aurait choisi encore plus d'entrées tellement le tout semblait succulent. Merci pour l'excellent service tout au long de la soirée. Je vous le recommande assurément. Assoyez-vous au comptoir pour admirer les chef d'oeuvre des cuisiniers 😉
