Everything from start to finish was a culinary delight! My husband & I shared the Tuna Tartare appetizer which was seasoned with citrus & herbs & served with a small salad by it's side. My husband had the Seafood Stew which was chock full of seafood & had the most delicious broth (did I taste a hint of fennel?) He asked for bread to soak it up! My sweetbread with mushrooms, dauphine potatoes & grilled vegetables was also superb. & last but not least, we shared an apple tarte which was served warm & topped with caramel & vanilla ice cream. The pastry underneath was amazing & it was definitely one of those desserts which will stay in my mind as one of the best I've had. We appreciated the pace of the service which allowed us to enjoy every morsel without feeling rushed, yet our waiter was not inattentive. We would highly recommend Bistro St-Malo when visiting Quebec City, but be sure to make a reservation!

Service impeccable
Portion de plat tresser correct.
Mon coup de coeur était le OSSO BUCCO DE PORC.
le seul bémol était que la JOUE DE BOEUF était un peu trop salé.

Endroit où il fait bon s'asseoir & manger. Le service est impeccable & la nourriture de haute qualité.
Le ragoût de mer est fameux. Je le recommande. Mon invité a aussi recommandé le cassoulet.

J'y retourne à la fin de l'été.

My husband & I had dinner here. The food & service were excellent! Our server was kind, friendly & attentive. The food was absolutely delicious & the portions were great. We enjoyed the osso buco & beef cheek. Both were very flavourful & tender. The Sauvignon Blanc we had was great too. Overall, a great meal, great service & well priced. The best meal we had in Quebec City. Highly recommend if you're visiting the area. You won't be disappointed.
