Excellent repas, notre troisième visite qui n'as pas désappointé. Le repas était excellent, le vin recommandé par le serveur accompagnait parfaitement la nourriture. Nous retourneront certainement lors de notre prochaine visite à Québec. Les ris de veau: probablement les meilleurs que je n'ai jamais mangé. Le plat préféré de ma femme est l'oso bucco. Je recommande aussi le cassoulet.

Super ambiance..classe..juste correcte pas trop guindé, super service, super bouffe...la gastronomie française dans toute sa splendeur! Un petit bijoux du vieux-port. Je recommande & j'y retournerai à coup sûr! Bravo!

Service exceptionnel. Les employés sont gentils, attentionnés & à l'écoute. Le repas était parfait. Je recommande sans hésiter. 10/10 !! Je n'ai pas pour habitude de laisser des commentaires après mes visites, mais ce restaurant en vaux vraiment la peine.

Nourriture de haute qualité (Gastronomie). Je recommande tout particulièrement le 'ragoût de mer'. Le service est excellent & attentionné.

The service was very good, we ordered a few appetizers : french onion soup (very hood not too salty & the cheese on top is delicious) , snail is also good, frois gros is lighter than what I am used to but still very delicious. I think the least my liking is beef tartare. The casserole is hot & very tasty especially the duck confit is tender. Overall I would recommend the bistro st malo

Diner was wonderful! Service outstanding! Octopus was the best I've ever had, Tuna tartare was delish, steak frites & the Ossobucco I highly recommend! We will be back!! Thank you!

On recommendation from a friend searched out this little gem in Quebec City. Couldn't make unlimited mussels night but even the small size mussels were plentiful! Our server was really great the small cozy decor reminded me of the underground cave at the museum. Normally where we come from in Vancouver the French onion soups tend to be very salty but this one has superb cheese pull & not salty at all. I ordered the rabbit entree with risotto & ratatouille. Magnafique!!! Would definitely recommend!
