Amazing food & service. Tried the mussels, escargot, smoked salmon, rabbit & fish special. Everything excellent. Definitely recommend.

Service was perfect, atmosphere was warm & cozy, food & wine were superb. Highly recommended for a more intimate meal, as the restaurant probably seats 24-30 max which makes for a different atmosphere than other bistros in town & may appear more upscale but are seating 100.

Super restaurant, un délice du début à la fin.
J' hésite à le recommander de peur que la nouvelle se propage & que lors de ma prochaine réservation, ce soit complet...
Blagues à part, ce restaurant devrait (va sans doutes se retrouver) être classé parmis les 3 meilleurs table de Québec.

It was a lovely experience having a delicious lunch at Saint Malo. A friend recommended it to us on Monday (it is closed) & we were leaving Tuesday at 1pm, We ended up changing our ticket just because she said we cannot miss it. We were on our way to the train station leaving to Montreal so we had three pieces of luggage. We arrived a bit earlier than our reservation & the kind waiter gave us a place & made it easy & safe for our bags. The food was amazing, I recommend the fish soup & the salmon with gnocchi, as I don't eat gluten they very quickly came with a great solution & even offered a choice between salad or vegetables & mashed potatoes with my fish, so it became a GF dish. My husband had a super tasty pasta with sea food. The waiters at the restaurant are very special & kind people. This place is a must go!

We had an extraordinary meal & with far beyond exceptional customer service. The servers & owners all came out to chat with us & were beyond fun. We had such a great time & would recommend anyone who wants phenomenal food & a cozy atmosphere to go here!
