J'ai récemment participé à un événement de groupe d'environ 35 personnes. C'était ma première visite & j'ai été agréablement surprise par l'espace. Les croquettes étaient délicieuses, mais un peu trop grasses à mon goût, & le cheesecake était bon. Le punch aux bleuets était une bonne suggestion : bien équilibré, pas trop sucré. Le service était cordial & attentif. Les prix sont raisonnables pour la qualité des produits. L'atmosphère est chaleureuse. Il y a un porte-manteau. Le seul petit bémol est qu'il n'y a pas de stationnement sur place, il y en a un dans la rue voisine, mais l'espace est limité, & un stationnement payant juste en face. Je compte y retourner & je recommande vivement pour des événements ou une sortie tranquille !

Nous nous sommes rendus à la Korrigane un samedi soir, pour déguster une poutine à la bière. Nous avons commandé une poutine à la bière & une poutine végane (dans laquelle il y avait également de la bière), & quelle agréable surprise ! La poutine végane avait un goût vraiment unique, de met végétarien bien préparé, qui ne tente pas tant d'imiter la viande (d'autant plus qu'il y avait du seitan dedans, un champignon ayant 75% de protéine !) La poutine à la bière était très bonne également, bien qu'on ait préféré la végane. L'ambiance était également pas mal, les serveurs vraiment sympathiques.

I love visiting breweries when I travel, & La Korrigane in Québec City was a fantastic find. Located in the lively Saint-Roch neighborhood, it has a cozy, welcoming vibe. The IPAs were a highlight-deliciously flavorful without being overly strong in alcohol. As a vegetarian, I appreciated the several great veggie options on the menu. Plus, my server was super friendly & attentive, making the experience even better. If you're in Québec City, this spot is definitely worth a visit!
