Line was long & flat white was bad. Service is good but they seemed overworked.

Nous sommes des réguliers. nous connaissons ce café depuis très longtemps. Mais cette semaine vous n'êtes plus la référence. nous avons pris des cafés filtre trop près de la fermeture. Dégelasse, froid & amère comme pas possible, l'évidence d'un fond de Thermos. nous payons le même prix pour notre café qu'il soit buvable ou non, j'aurais apprécié qu'il soit au minimum chaud. On repasse pour le service sans sourire, la journée a certainement été longue mais c'est pas de notre faute. Nous sommes des clients qui apprécient votre établissement, Il n'y a pas de réduction de fin de journée pour accepté ça.

Visited a few of these in the city.
Nice pastries, cakes etc.
You would struggle to find better elsewhere.
I'd like to have a go at eating one of everything on offer!!

It is expensive but the food & drinks are good.
Cant say in recommend it but if you want coffee & don't mind spending an extra dollar or two the. It's a great place. But I'm sure there are other cheaper places around.

Great cafe in the heart of Quebec City. Cozy environment with lots of options for coffee lovers. Has assortment of goods & sweets at the counter. Can buy bags of beans as well. Several seatings available as well.

Déjà bon client de la maison Smith Charlesbourg toujours aussi bon a celui-ci service exceptionnel employés très agréable mention spéciale a Rose qui a fait nos café avec joie & qui nous a transféré les boissons pour les emporter hâte a ma prochaine visite

Fabulous little café for breakfast. The pastries are amazing. We had a quiche Lorraine & a coffee which were just perfect for a quick breakfast. Always crowded, but for good reason. & the line for service moves quickly.

Fast service, great location to sit outdoors under awning & enjoy afternoon tea/coffee & pastry. Made a regular americano when I had ordered it decaf, but promptly corrected the mistake & made me the decaf. I thought the coffee was not as hot as I am accustomed to getting from Starbucks, but it was still good.

Le repas était très bon, mais l'expérience globale laisse à désirer.

Le temps d'attente était vraiment long & le service manquait de convivialité. Pire encore, notre commande a été oubliée & nous avons eu droit à une attitude assez défensive lorsque nous l'avons fait remarquer.

Un système de numérotation pour les commandes faciliterait grandement l'organisation & éviterait ce genre d'erreur.

C'est dommage, car la nourriture vaut le détour, mais le service nécessite une vraie amélioration.
