The atmosphere was cozy & welcoming, the staff were friendly & attentive, & the food was fresh & delicious. Their coffee was excellent, & everything was beautifully presented. Must try their Almond Croissant, tarts, cookies & muffins. Highly recommend visiting if you're in Quebec City!
Free wifi, no password. Good place to work. Beautiful views.
Opens early & open on Mondays.
Pastries are huge.
Come here for the atmosphere. Beautiful setting & decorations as well.
I had a perfect cup of coffee here. There are beautiful pastries. Not a full breakfast.
Had a good coffee with a tasty cinnamon roll while enjoying the beautiful architecture aroun the square. Busy as any other coffee place around.
Café La Maison Smith Notre-Dame is an absolute gem. The iced salted caramel latte was perfectly balanced-smooth, rich, & not overly sweet-while the lemon tarte was bright, fresh, & beautifully presented. The space feels warm & welcoming, with staff who are genuinely kind & attentive. A wonderful spot to pause, recharge, & enjoy thoughtfully crafted food & drinks in the heart of Old Québec.
Beautifully situated. Can be busy with tourists. Americano was good. Egg & bacon bagel was nice. Croissants, butter & almond were not good. Almost felt supermarket night quality. Not fresh & flaky, soft. Disappointed.
Great sandwiches & treats! Beautiful spot to sit out on the patio. Fast service & reasonable prices.
We tried this café for breakfast & ordered a plain croissant, an almond croissant, Portuguese tarts, & a cappuccino. The croissants were excellent, among the best we had during our trip to Quebec. The coffee was decent as well.
It's probably the most beautifully situated café in the lower town. Situated by a public square & a church, it's perfect for people-watching or simply enjoying a sunny day.
This is one of the must places I go when ever I visit Quebec. This is a fully crowded cafe around the year & is located in old Quebec surrounded by most beautiful scenery
